Lisa Gagnon has been teaching and studying Dance & Fitness for over 20 years. She is certified in fitness , personal training , zumba and a member of The Dance Teachers Club of Boston . “My passion is to teach others the art of Dance and Fitness while they have fun. It’s about letting go and not always being perfect but loving what you do and feeling good at the same time”

We will be offering Ballet, Tap, Jazz,Lyrical, Acro and Hip Hop from ages 2-adult.
Our fitness schedule is going to grow as well: TRX, Barre, cardio dance, Silk Rope Fitness, yoga, resistance training, aerial rope fitness and personal training as well.
